Return policy

  • Product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included in the returnable period.

  • Only products purchased online at www.iamquinn.com are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
    • Faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping.
    • Incorrect items shipped.
  • All items must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with original tags.
  • All sales and promotional items, accessories, perfume, swimwear cannot be returned.
  • Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
  • If a product does not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • We recommended all returns to be sent via a method that allows tracking. Quinn will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.

Product returning through the ONLINE CHANNEL

  1. Fill out the return details on this LINK and then you would receive a confirmation email after the form completed
  2. Enclosed the receipt document in the package and then return with the product that you want to return to the address as here below

  1. After the returned product package is received and inspected you would have a confirmation email.

Product returning through the Quinn Stores

  1. Bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store to the counter at any branch of Quinn store, within 30 days from the date on the receipt.
  2. Our staff will check the product if it matches the return/exchange condition.
  3. The return form will be filled in the system by our staff. After this process is done, you will receive a confirmation email.

Exchange policy
